Ano, pomohly "pouze" aliasy k tabulkam u jednotlivych joinu. Jak proste...

select table1.pole2, tb2.pole2, tb3.pole2, tb4.pole2
from table1
left join table2 as tb2 on pole5.table1=tb2.pole1
left join table2 as tb3 on pole6.table1=tb3.pole1
left join table2 as tb4 on pole7.table1=tb4.pole1

Samozrejme, ze v pokladanem dotazu jsem otocil definici tabulka.sloupec... :((
