Zaheslovat MYSQLADM

Mozna je to blba otazka ale jeste nejsem takovej profik, mam nainstalovan
program phpAdmin, ale potrebuji ho nejak zaheslovat aby na nej nemohl kazdy.
http://1.0.0.1/mysqladm , podarilo se v  souboru config.inc.php3

Ale to se objevi okenko kde zadam jmeno root ale heslo je prazdne, poradte
jak vytvorit urcite uzivatele aby mohli pouzivat phpADMIN.
