řazení čeština mysql

Jak nastavit databázi, aby řdila správně podle češtiny a nerozlišovala při
hledání velká a malá písmena?
přikládám opis konfiguračního souboru tak jak ho mám právě nastavený a
stejně neřadí správně podle české abecedy:
