POMOC - spam nebo dusledek viru v pc?!

zdravim,
asi jsem nekde napsal svou adresu a ted mi denne chodi asi 10 ruznych
HTML zprav od "MS" (nektere jsou z domeny ms.com, nektere i msdn.com
 napr. @updates.msdn.com) s prilohou kolem 150kb, ktera obsahuje
 pokazde nejakou verzi SECURITY UPDATE resp. PATCH, ale se stalou
 velikosti 106kb.

 Priznam se ze jsem byl neopatrny a tento exe spustil, napsalo to
 anglicky, ze pro mou verzi systemu neni update potreba.

 A taky od te doby  mi nejde spustit AVG

 Jsem to asi osel co? Ze jsem si nasadil nejakyho cerva do systemu..

 diky za kazdou radu jak se toho zbavit, zatim mazu na seznamu vsechny
 zpravy s prilohama :(
