V help sa pise, ze vo vim6.0 sa uz nepouziva a namiesto toho
sa pouziva option 'charcode'.

Na kodovanie suborov sluzi filecharcode.

Bohuzial, ja mam iba gvim6.0r a v tejto verzie nie je
mozne pouzit parameter "iso-8859-2".
