ADCS has the answer to one of the world’s biggest problems.
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) caused by vehicles is one of the most
dangerous pollutants in the world.  It’s the main contributor to
ozone, acid rain and a major contributor to water pollution and
according to the EPA is set to increase a chilling 38% by 2030. So
dangerous is this pollutant, it‘s one of Cal. Gov. Schwarzenegger's

the end of 2008.

news from last Sept., testing by an independent government licensed
facility proved that ADCS's technology reduces emissions by an
outstanding 97% for NOx and also considerably reduces other toxic
emissions from vehicles exhausts.

* Sept. 16, '05-- Auto Emission Post Regulator technology can beat
Cal. Gov. Schwarzenegger's strict Regulator technology can beat
Cal. Gov. Schwarzenegger's strict emission reduction targets by an
outstanding 47% for NOx.

* Jan 4, ‘06-- ROKURA LTD., Romania, which specializes in fuel
management systems is working towards the purchase of a license
agreement to produce, sell, and distribute the Auto Emission Post
Regulator.

* Feb 09, ‘06-- John Germanos, an affluent business tycoon from
Germany, requested a letter of intent and contract for Germany and
Greece from AdCapital Industries. Mr. Germanos is working towards
the manufacture, production and distribution in Greece and Germany
of the Auto Emission Post Regulator.

* Feb 27, ‘06--AdCapital Industries said that it is readying a
license agreement that would establish a market for its
breakthrough technology across Egypt and the Middle East.

 So, what do you think ADCS shares will be worth when Wall Street
finds out ADCS owns the Globe’s best auto emission reduction

According to news on Sept. 16th, ‘05-- The Discovery Channel and
National Geographic are moving forward with plans to feature ADCS’s
AEPR on the show “Beyond Tomorrow”. Tentative plans on filming the
cutting edge show were set for early October, ‘05. So, production
most likely has begun and it could be aired anytime.
 Here is a comparison: Lifeline Therapeutics, which has a youth
supplement, was on ABC’s Primetime. Right after the program, the
stock went to $20. ADCS’s technology is 10- times bigger; it is
solving a global problem, not just another fountain of youth
