pres Internet a nevedi, jak na to [ :) ], pak je mozna bude zajimat

Not exactly, but such a thing is available as a Linux kernel module

Not finished and the protocol needs reworking, but it does the trick
for me.

If this is not an option, you could run PPP over a regular ssh connection
