Squid a cachemgr.cgi

Dobry den
nainstaloval jsem uz na nekolik pocitacu s linuxem squid
a mam vsude problem:
Pokud zkusim cachemgr.cgi tak vyplnim 
Host: 194.213.231.89 (IP adresa serveru)
Port: 3128 (port na kterem nasloucha)

A dostanu toto chybove hlaseni:
