Help : X windows error

Hello ,

 I installed Linux RedHat 5.1 on my PC - gateway 2000 333Mhz P-2 with 64MB
RAM .

 While trying to run X-windows with startx command I am getting error
messages:
(--)S3:Mode "1280x1024" needs hsync freq of 78.86Khz.Deleted
(--)S3:Mode "1280x1024" needs hsync freq of 81.13Khz.Deleted
(--)S3:Invalid vertical timing for mode"400x300".Deleted

fatal server error:no screens found .

_X11TransSocket UNIX connect:Can't connect :errno=111 giving up
 xinit : connection refused(errno 111):unable to connect to X server.
 xinit : No such process(errno 3):Server error .

The monitor is EV700 ,Scanning frequency Horizontal:30-69 Khz;Vertical:
50-120Khz .Resolution 1280x1024 .

Do I need to set the dot clock frequency and scanning frequencies for the
video card in XFree86 ,it is STB 4MB AGP graphics accelerator . If so how do
I determine their values ?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated .
