A tohle pise 'man setquota'
NAME
       setquota - set disk quotas

SYNOPSIS
       /usr/sbin/setquota [ -u | -g ] name filesystem-name block-soft
                block-hard inode-soft inode-hard

DESCRIPTION
setquota is a command line quota editor. The filesystem, user/group
name and new quotas for this filesystem can be specified on the
       command line.

Krome toho drive zmineny skript, ktery pouziva adresare z /home, nefunguje
pro uzivatele, kteri nemaji home adresar (treba s pristupem jen na pop3).
Takze radeji doporucuji si udelat neco, co projde /etc/passwd.
