Hello all,

I cannot print some of the 8895-2 accented characters using enscript, gv  
an HP 4MV PostScript printer.

I use:/usr/share/fonts/ISO8859-2/Tytpe1/afm/font.map
I type: enscript -X 88592 -f Arial-Medium na 12 -vp cz.ps cz.txt
I got: cz.ps and encsript does not report any missing characters

cz.txt contains merely all lower and upper accented chars found in Czech 
set, i.e. (coded decimal):
\354\271\350\370\276\375\341\355\351\371\357\273\362
\314\251\310\330\256\335\301\315\311\331\317\253\322

which corresponds well to what:
xfd -fn "-ult1mo-arial-medium-r-normal-*-12-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-2"
reports.

But gv, so does the ps printer, misses out the following chars:
\354\350\370\371\357\273\362
\314\310\330\331\317\253\322
and outputs space instead.

Any idea what the problem might be?
