Hledejte tady :

CONFIG_SCSI_AHA1542:

This is support for a SCSI host adapter. It is explained in section
3.4 of the SCSI-HOWTO, available via FTP (user: anonymous) at
ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO. Note that Trantor was
recently purchased by Adaptec, and some former Trantor products are
being sold under the Adaptec name. If it doesn't work out of the
box, you may have to change some settings in drivers/scsi/aha1542.h.

If you want to compile this as a module ( = code which can be
inserted in and removed from the running kernel whenever you want),
say M here and read Documentation/modules.txt. The module will be
called aha1542.o.

Problem bude zdrejme v tom, ze instalacni jadro nema zakompilovanu podporu pro tento
radic, nebo neni schopno prislusny modul naloudovat. Zkuste prepnout se pri instalaci do
3-5-te (ALT+F3-F5 ) konzole, kde byste mohl videt ( pokud to nezmrzne uplne ) nejake
podrobnejsi chybove hlasky. Je take mozne si pomoct ve druhe konzoli, kde by mel byt
prompt bash a zneho muzete predejit zamrznuti tak, ze modul zkusite insertovat rucne,
pokud tam bude.

Zdravim
Michal
