A) nemate gd.h...pak si gd nainstalujte, nebo vynechejte --with-gd
B) mate ho, ale configure ho nemuze najit...pak je treba bud prislusne
   soubory premistit na lepsi misto, nebo zjistit, jak se da specifikovat
   jejich skutecna poloha
