Dovolte mi (mozna hloupou otazku):
pokud existuje xxx.domena.cz jako A record k nejake IP, 
MUSI k teto IP existovat PTR xxx.domena.cz tedy uplne stejne pojmenovany??

Nejak to nechapu...
