[SAMBA] zamykani databazi Re: file locking with win apps (fwd)

Mozna by nekoho mohlo zajimat toto oznameni, majici blizky vztah k nedavno
diskutovanemu problemu.

Podle Jeremyho je v glibc 2.1, ktery je mj. v redhatu 6 chyba. Pry je tam
nekde neco, cemu jsem porozumel tak, ze offset zamku v souborech je 64
bitove cislo, ale muze byt zavolana funkce, ktera bere jako parametr 64
bitove cislo, nicmene vnitrne ho orizne a tak se na vystupu objevi vice
mene cislo 32 bitove, ktere ve funkci ukazatele na zamceny zaznam ukazuje
uplne jinam.

Samba file locking on Linux glibc2.1 systems isn't quite
right yet. This has been fixed for the (upcoming) 2.0.6
release of Samba. 

File locking on 32 bit and real 64 bit systems is works fine
in Samba right now. This is a glibc2.1 issue we're having to
work around.
