lftp dokaze:

       lftp  2.1.x  can  handle  four  file access methods - ftp,
       http, hftp and file. You can  specify  method  to  use  in
       `open   URL''  command,  e.g.  `open  http://www.us.ker­
       nel.org/pub/linux''. hftp is ftp-over-http-proxy protocol.
