mail server

Hello,

Can anyone point me towards a HOWTO or any other doc covering 'mail 
server' on LINUX. I have set up IP chains & Masquerading plus ppp dialup 
to an ISP, Now I'd love to add mail server functionality.

The ISP provides me with user mailboxes that are accessible with POP3, we 
run NT workstations as clients with LINUX box set as a default gateway.

Any hints are appreciated.
