LICQ - chat,file problem

Mam problem s LICQ, kdyz mi nekdo chce poslat soubor nebo chat request tak
schori na hlasce (od win-ICQ) : "Other user using a basic version of ICQ
which dosn`t suppurt the function you are using" a samozrejmne mne nic
neposle.

Obracene to ale funguje. Poslu mu v pohode soubor i chat request.

V cem delam chybu?
Co mam kde nastavit?

A jeste jeden problemek - nejak mne LICQ spatne zaregistrovalo, nelze mne
vyhledavat podle emailu ( teda uz jde protoze jsem to napravil z win-ICQ)
