Dobry den vespolek,
hlasim novou verzi RPM baliku pro PHP. V nedeli vecer
ji vydal Troels Arvin, toto je obvykly remake, doplneny
o moduly:
dbase, calendar, interbase, interbase5, curl (nove, nevyzkouseno).
interbase5 je slinkovany (dynamicky!) s komercni verzi InterBase 5.1.1
(vlastni knihovna tam samozrejme neni), nebot pri konektovani
na ni nastavaly potize. Tahle verze se zda spravne pripojovat
jak na server verze 5, tak na verzi 6.
Muzete-li, vyzkousejte. Ke stazeni opet na:

Zmeny od minule verze:
* Sun Nov 5 2000 Troels Arvin <troels na arvin.dk>
[4.0.3pl1-3.arvin]
- Added important output-buffering related patch from CVS.
- Added crypt-patch from CVS.
- Updated the array-patch from CVS.
- Added patch from CVS related to memory mapped session handling.
- Updated the FTP-patch from CVS, now alwo fixing a directory
creation fix.
- Added patch from CVS, patching a directory unlinking problem.
* Wed Oct 25 2000 Troels Arvin <troels na arvin.dk>
[4.0.3pl1-2.arvin]
- Added sockets sub-package.
- Added swf sub-package.
- Added code from CVS, fixing problems related to
- stand-alone PHP when a file was not provided
- using WBMP with the GD extension
- file-uploading
- packing Hex strings
- the sscanf() function
- session handling
- imap_fetchstructure() and imap_open()
- the ftp extension
- serialization of objects
- Incorporated the latest array-code from CVS, even though
the changes touch a lot, both bug-fixing and function behaviours.
I feel that all the changes are highly relevant, but they bring these
packages a bit out of sync with the normal PHP documentation.
News about array functions:
- Added array_sum with prototype: mixed array_sum(array input)
- array_intersect() array_diff() no longer alter order
- array_unique now takes types into consideration:
- strings and numbers are always different
- integers and reals may be equal, though (e.g. 7 and 7.0 are
considered equal)
- Moved the example ini-files to the general doc-dir (thanks to
Steve Philp for the suggestion)
- Apache (and the EAPI) has probably changed a lot since 1.3.9,
so the Apache-module now requires an Apache with v. 1.3.12 or
later. Apache 1.3.14 is highly recommended in a production
environment, but I can't see valid reasons to force an Apache
version >= 1.3.14.
- Removed a harmless warning message affecting people who upgrade
from packages with v. 4.0.1 or earlier.
- Better script detect missing index.php in directoryindex line
in httpd.conf
- Added annoying %pre scripts to all sub-packages - to detect
a PHP 3 installation. These scripts are greasy band-aids to
a PHP3->PHP4 problem which seems to be caused by RPM executing
post-uninstallation scripts after post-installation scripts.
I hope to find a better solution.
Zdravim,
ip
