Problemy s APACHE_1.3.12+MOD_SSL

Dobry den
po kompilaci APACHE_1.3.12 + mod_czech 3.1.0+ PHP-4.0.1pl2 +
mod_ssl-2.6.6-1.3.12 + openssl-0.9.6
nemuzu spustit server s prikazem  "apachectl startssl". Vypise "httpd
could not be started".
V logach je psano ze
unable to read server certificate from file /www/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt
(OpenSSL library error follows)

V souboru "server.crt" mam nasledujici radek:
THIS FILE HAS TO BE REPLACED BY A REAL SERVER CERTIFICATE! (SKIPME).

Pritom jsem pred samotnou kompilaci serveru neopomnel "make
certificate".
Nevite nekdo what's wrong?
