Xemac, WindowMaker a cestina

Dobry den
nevim, proc mi nechodi nechodi cestina v Xemacsu(ver.21.1).
funguje jen cast znaku s diakritikou. ve WM by melo byt vse
o.k., cestina funguje pod rxvt i v xteru. pouzivam vzorovy
konfig. soubor pro cestinu od Pavla Janika, distribuce RH

pri startu mi pise, ze ceske jazyk. prostredi neni
definovano + nejaky problem s mapou klavesnice:

(2) (key-mapping/warning) XEmacs:  Alt_R (0x71) generates
both Mod1 and Mod3, which is nonsensical.

Kde mam toto jazyk. prostredi definovat?
Klavesova zkratka (levy)Alt-x nefunguje.
pri stisku klaves(znaky s diakritikou na alfanumericke
klavesnici):

s Scaron not defined ....
atd. az po z, dlouhe y uz to zase pise, ne tak u s carkou a
krouzkem
docela bych cestinu potreboval, poradte, kde a co mam uvest
do poradku.
