kamos ma problem se sitovkou 3com PCI 10TBase 3c90X a s kernelem 2.4.16.
Shodou okolnosti mam uplne stejny problem se sitovkou stejneho typu na
ruznych kernelech rady 2.4, proto moc neverim na HW problem. Sitovka chvili
funguje a pak vypadne s nasledujici hlasku:

aby to prestalo tak staci ifconfig eth1 down; ifconfig eth1 up. a je zas na
chvili pokoj.

V linux-kernel konferenci se mi nic kloudneho nepodarilo najit (SMP
nevyuziva). :-((

/Cau,
loadujes dobrej modul pro tvoji kartu? Obcas se stava, ze sitovka s jinym modulem funguje, ale chova se divne.3Comky maj hromadu ruznejch modulu,tak treba vyzkousej jinej.Kdyz jsem podobnou chybu resil ja nedavno, tak se nakonec ukazalo ze je to HARDWAROVA chyba karty. Netvrdim, ze to musi byt i v tomto pripade. Ale rozhodne si nemyslim, ze by to melo co delat s kernelem.
