Upgrade issue with OpenMotif 2.0.1.30-6

This is a bad idea - package rpm-4.x IMHO are in RPM version 4 too.

You would upgrade rpm to rpm-3.0.6-6x version, which is still in RPM 
3.0 version, but it is able work with RPM ver. 4.0 packages.
