TV out na VGA Geforce2 MX400

Tak jsem si stáhl a rozbalil nvtv-0.4.2.tar.gz a když jsem dal 
./configure tak mi to nahlásilo :

a přitom ve výpisu  rpm -qa gtk* mám gtk nainstalované:
