Pocitac se chova divne

Dobry den, 

dost casto se mi stava, ze pocitac sam od sebe zacne intenzivne "prohledavat" 
pevny disk bez toho abych k tomu dal nejaky podnet. Jak zjistim o co se 
jedna, popr. jak to zastavim - kdyz to je nechtena aktivita?
