bud primo v jadre(pokud jste si kompiloval vlastni) a nebo se na
rozhrani da zakazat v /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp (nejsem
si jisty, jestli je to presne tady, ale nekde v sysconfigu to bylo. tak
na 80% jistoty) parametrem NETWORKING_IPV6=yes|no
