IPAC-ng: problem s instalaci

Zdravim, mam RH7.2 a pri pokusu o zkompilovani ipac-ng mi to hlasi 
chyby... netusim, kde by mohla bejt chyba. Nema nekdo nejakej napad? 
Fakt me nic nenapada...
