Jakou mate verzi OpenSSL?
Podivejte se do souboru /usr/include/openssl/evp.h a zjistete, jestli 
jsou tam definice EVP_CIPH_... Pokud nejsou, mate nejspis starou verzi 
OpenSSL a musite si opatrit novejsi. Pokud jsou, tak zkuste zjistit, 
proc se ten soubor neincluduje (snad pomuze preprocesor, gcc -E).
