Problemy se sound serverem

Zdravim,

co by bezny uzivatel mam problemy se zvukem. Karta je dobre nastavena a zvuk 
bezi kdyz jsem zalogovany jako root.
Pokud jsem bezny uzivatel tak dostanu tuhle hlasku:

Poradi nekdo jak se toho zbavit?
