FW: AT1500 (AMD LANCE driver) problem v RH5.1

prepacte, ze sa pytam, ale nevie mi niekto poradit s tymto problemom

Dear REDHAT experts,

I need to use LINUX kernel 2.0.x for motion control under LINUX (no driver
for DSP card and kenrnel 2.2.x or 2.4.x), but i need to use PnP AT1500 with
optical wires conection..
PnP BIOS detects card at paremeters BASE address 0x220, IRQ 5 and DMA
channel 7...

insmod lance io=0x220 irq=5

reports: no card on base address 0x220 or device or resource busy...

How can I install this card to RH LINUX 5.1, please? I was informed about
new LANCE driver for kernel 2.0.x on RED HAT home page, but I can not find
this patch...

Can anyone help me?
