-L je na tunel z lokalu na remote
to co zadavate robi v praxi to, ze ak skusite ssh 127.0.0.1 -p 3333 tak
sa prihlasite na server.com cez ssh na porte 22

ak chcete to co popisujete, doporucujem pouzit flag -R asi nejak podobne
ako toto:

ssh -R 3333:127.0.0.1:22 server.com
