apache pada a nefunguje restart

I figured out that it was the ipc device that run out of space on the
allocated segment, because I had encountered this problem before.

Nevite nekdo co je to IPC device? To jsem nikdy neslysel :-)

nebo share. Smysl by to asi mělo, kdyby apache provozoval na woknows. Pokud
to existuje na linuxu, tak se omlouvam, to neznam.
