2.4.20+SMP - nejde LAN

Problem: kernel 2.4.20 (z kernel.org), prelozim podporou SMP
v make menuconfig - nejde LAN. bez SMP - jde bez problemu.
zkouseno se 2ma ruznymi sitovkami (3COM 3c905C-TX, Realtek 8139C)
chova se stejne.
ping bud vubec neprochazi, obcas jich par projde,
ale s dlouhym casem. zvenku dovnitr i naopak.
sitovka sharuje int 11 s dalsima dvema PCI devicema.
viz prilozene lspci-vvv
znovu opakuji, ze bez SMP to chodi no problem.
jsme z toho ponekud zmaten, poradte...
