RH9 neakceptuje incoming telnet

Diky telnet uz bere...
jeste bych ale potreboval radu...aby akceptoval incoming smtp (25) ...
snazim se nastavit posfix pro odesilani mailu a porad mi outlook hlasi :"The
connection to the server has failed. Account: 'test', Server: '192.168.0.3',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0E"
sice nevim co to presne znamena ale rek bych ze neakceptuje incoming 25...
