I have Linux 2.4.21-0.13mdk Mandrake 9.1.

I set up one printer as DEFAULT in CUPS via PrinterDrake, tested it on
the http://localhost:631/printers page and everything is correct. The
other printer I have is also configured correctly and prits.

But lpstat -t command shows that the second printers is "the default
destination" and the "lp" command without specifiying the destination
prints on this second printer.

How can I tell the lpstat and lp to accept the CUPS setting ?

Tom

P.S.

This is the lpstat -t output:

[rett na cps-rett /etc/init.d]$ lpstat -t
scheduler is running
system default destination: LJ4V <-- this value must be LJ6L
device for LJ4V: socket://192.168.108.7:9100/
device for LJ6L: smb://SOI/ZORKA/LJ6L
LJ4V accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00
LJ6L accepting requests since Jan 01 00:00
printer LJ4V is idle. enabled since Jan 01 00:00

and the /etc/cups/printers.conf which correctly shows the CUPS default
printer is:

[root na cps-rett /etc/cups]# cat printers.conf
