Nemusi to byt riesenie problemu, ale DOCASNE moze pomoct:
chmod 777 /disk2/squid/
chmod 777 /disk2/squid/log

Mate user nobody?
Ake ma id?
Je dost miesta v /disk2/squid/log? {asi ano, ale predsa}
Citat poriadne!
Zaslat viac info!
Zaslat access.log za posl. par restartov.
Skusit stop, stop, pockat minutu, start.

Problem je IMHO uplne inde, ale skusit uvedene mozte :P.
