splashutils - nelze zkompilovat

Zdravicko,
snazim se na debianu zkompilovat splashutils, protoze balicky bohuzel 
neexistuji, z http://dev.gentoo.org/~spock/projects/gensplash/current/ 
jsem si stahl aktualni verzi splashutils-0.9-pre10.tar.bz2, bohuzel 
spadne to na chybe, ktere vubec nerozumim:
