nefunkcni usb po kompilaci kernelu

Zdravicko,
kompiloval jsem si vanillu 2.6.10.rc3 v Debianu, bohuzel nemohu 
primountovat usb disk. Po pripojeni jej vidim viz nize, ale neobujevi se 
mi v /dev/zadny sdXX, ktery by sel primountovat.

Napada vas, co mam kde spatne? Mass storage zakompilovany mam.
