to je jedna z options, ktere se konfiguruji prikazem
./configure
mysql-4.1.0-alpha# ./configure --help|grep char -A2
  --with-charset=CHARSET  Use CHARSET by default (Default is latin1)
  --with-extra-charsets=CHARSET,CHARSET,...
			Use charsets in addition to default (none, complex,
			all, or a list selected from the above sets)
