Nize cituji manualovou stranku, kde je vysvetlen prepinac -d pro ntop.
Pokud dobre rozumim, ntop by se v demon rezimu nemel vubec na terminal
pripojit a tudiz s nim ani spojovat stdout, stderr a stdin. Zrejme to
ale tak neni, coz lze mozna povazovat za nedostatek ntopu. Je to tak?

# man ntop
       -d | --daemon
        This  parameter  causes ntop to become a daemon, i.e. a task 
which runs
        in the background without connection to a specific  terminal.   
To  use
        ntop  other than as a casual monitoring tool, you probably will 
want to
        use this option.

        WARNING: If you are running as a daemon, the messages from ntop 
will be
        'printed' on to stdout and thus dropped.  You probably don't 
want to do
        this.  So remember to also use the -L or --use-syslog options  
to  save
        the messages into the system log.
