Pripadne zkuste to, co vam pisou v dmesg.
Ja tu IOAPIC nemam, takze ten radic mam na irq 10
(vy jej mate na irq 177 - jeste jsem se s tim nesetkal).

Btw, ten proces, co zere CPU je kdo ? (treba cp ?)
Imho kdyby byl problem v DMA (vypnute)  a jelo by to
v PIO modu, tak by to v top-u bylo videt jako system.
Navic by hdparm kazdopadne nevypsal pres 40MB/s rychlost cteni.

Myslim, ze je potreba hledat jinde, nez u DMA disku.
