USB storage - nevytvori /dev/sda1 - dlhsie s vypismi

Zdravim,

fakt nevypise (fdisk -l), mam tam len /dev/ide/host0/bus... t.j. 
normalne HD ktore mam v PC
skusil som patrat po roznych diskusiach a how-to, nasiel som podobne 
problemy, ale ziadne riesenie
skusil som aj vytvorit "zariadenie" manualne:
mknod /dev/sda b 8 0
mknod /dev/sda1 b 8 1
mknod /dev/sda2 b 8 2
ale nepomohlo to
Nechapem, ked aj je ta flash zla, nedobre particie, zly FS (btw: je tam 
FAT16), vobec nenaformatovana, aj tak by som ju snad mal dokazat 
pripojit. A nasledne rozdelit, naformatovat...

skusil som lsusb a zarazila ma hlaska:

[root na Tower usb]# lsusb  -vv > /home/igor/lsusb.txt.3
Invalid product/subclass spec at line 2650

ale nic mi to nehovori (cely subor lsusb.txt.3 nema tolko riadkov)

este prikladam cast vypisu z toho lsusb.txt.3 , ktory sa asi tyka tej flash
