nefunkcni proftpd pres xinetd

Zdravim vsechny, donedavna sem pouzival proftpd spousteny pres
superdaemon xinetd. Az tu najednou:

$ ftp localhost

ftp: connect: Connection refused

obsah /etc/xinetd.conf:

V logu nic neni, jeste mozna prihodim obsah /etc/host.alow:

sshd: localhost.localdomain

ALL: ALL

/etc/host.denny :

ALL: ALL

Poradi nekdo, kde by mohla byt chyba??Predem dik za rady.
