modem No Carrier - delsi

Zdravim konferenci,

mam problem s modemem:
creatix phonemaster 144VF
(externi hw. modem pres seriovy port)

Nemuzu se s nim nikam spojit.
Pres wvdialconf si nastavim konf. soubor, dopisi ATX3.
Modem odpovi OK na zadane AT prikazy a po ATDPtel.cislo okamzite! pise
NO CARRIER

Spustil jsem si minicom a zkousel jsem laborovat s AT prikazy.
Vytocit cislo se mi nepodarilo.
Telefonni linka funguje, kdyz si na modem zavolam, vypisuje do
minicomu RING, RING ...

Modem jsem chtel pouzit k hylafaxu, ale protoze mi to pise do logu no
carrier sel jsem zkouset wvdial a minicom.

Mam k dispozici stary ISA modem s class 1,2 ten funguje sice "dobre" ale
dost faxu s nim nechce komunikovat.

Kdyby mel nekdo dobre mirenou radu byl bych vdecny.
