OT: apach a autorizace

Zdravim konferenci,
 
resim problem s autorizaci apache. Potrebuji aby uzivatele pristupovali ke
strance pod jmenem a heslem, ale z urcitych IP adres bez jmena a hesla.
Zatim mam toto
 
<Directory "/data/neco/">
    DirectoryIndex index.php
    AllowOverride AuthConfig
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
</Directory>
 
Ovsem takto to po me chce heslo porad a z dane IP adresy me to tam nechce
pustit... Delam nekde chybu ?
