PHP a UTF16

Zdravim!

BOM urcite v poradku je (je v Unicode definovan jako zero-width no-break
space) a v UTF-16 ho je zvykem uvadet. Jina vec je jeho pouziti v UTF-8,
ktere je nanejvys sporne, ale na Windows ho take potkate.
