Come experience the newly re-designed par 3 fourth hole and par 5 second hole and play the best draining golf course in Sacramento! The response to the new par three fourth hole has been very positive. The hole has yielded 2 hole in ones by Ray Thielen and Dennis Bierderman and over 25 birdies. Players are enjoying the visual challenge from the tee box as well as the contoured motion of the green.

2. Big Game Scramble

On Sunday, February 6th, 2011 Teal Bend Golf Club will be hosting it's annual "Big Game Scramble" Golf Tournament. This is a 4 person scramble event starting at 8:00 am which includes range balls, breakfast buffet, on & off course contests, awards, and prize fund for winning teams. Each player from the first place team will receive $100 gift certificate and second place players will receive a $50 gift certificate. What makes this event fun and unique is the football toss and field goal kick handicap system. All players must attempt to kick a field goal and throw a pass in order to receive a stroke deduction from their team score.
