tcpwrapper v sendmailu - jak na to

Zdravim

prelozil jsem sendmail s podporou tcpwrapperu, ale jak se ta ficura
pouzije ? Ve FAQ sendmailu se pise -

For the adventurous, you can get a source patch for version 8 sendmail
(created for 8.7.6, but, with work, applicable to older
releases) that will take the core TCP-Wrappers code and integrate it into
the daemon, so that you get the best of both worlds.
However, this isn't as smoothly integrated as it should be, is not for the
faint-of-heart, and is certainly not officially supported by
the original author of sendmail (Eric Allman). 

Co to presne znamena ? - ja to pochopil tak ze nepotrebuju poustet
sendmail pred tcpd , ale nedari se mi to nakonfigurovat. Nebo je vsechno
jinak ? Zkusil jste nekdo s uspechem ? Jak se to musi konfigurovat
aby to fungovalo jako klasicky wrapper ? - ze odmitne navazat spojeni
s pocitacem ktery je blokovany.
