Sendmail doesn't send mail

OK, sendmail have to complain about something on log in this case. Are there
any messages in log? What does it say? Or, do you have sendmail properly
configured to accept your mail. Please specify more.

Anyone can help me with this.
I hvae installed the most updated sendmail into my Redhat 6.2
Sendmail queued up all incoming email but doesn't distribute to users.
