sendmail maintenance?

Automated maintenance:
Redhat rotates the logfiles for sendmail
Possible manual intervention:
null-file queued mail and stuff that gets stuck in /var/spool/mqueue.
This varies by the amount of mail passing thru you system.

In other words Sendmail is relatively low maintenance AFAIK under RedHat.
Cant speak for other's.

The above concept isnt applicable under Sendmail. If your clients dont
download
and remove mail then you may have to look into quotas for the users
directories
under /home.
